Established in 2007 under the guidance of Late Mr. S.K. Shahi, a visionary who passionately sought to bring about change and take the right steps, the Centre for Social Responsibility and Leadership (CSRL) stands as a beacon of hope and progress in India’s social landscape. Governed by a diverse board of experts from academia, operations, HR and government administration.CSRL is a registered society dedicated to fostering ethical values and societal inclusivity. Our vision is to nurture individuals from the economically weaker section, fostering unwavering character and igniting a passion for growth, personal development, and success through education and skill development programs.
Project Purpose
CSRL works towards bridging socio-economic disparities through its flagship initiative, Super 30, and its skill development program, Kriya. Together, these initiatives aim to empower youth from economically weaker backgrounds by providing them with the necessary resources, opportunities, and support to succeed. Super 30 focuses on identifying and nurturing academically talented students, enabling them to access quality education and compete in national-level entrance examinations such as JEE and NEET. The program offers fully free, residential coaching, complemented by comprehensive academic support, mentorship, study materials, and a structured learning environment. It is supported by various Oil and Gas sector PSUs, Railway subsidiaries, and the Indian Army. Kriya, on the other hand, focuses on strengthening communities by equipping youth with industry-relevant, employment-ready skills through partnerships with diverse stakeholders. By eliminating financial and social barriers, CSRL empowers youth to realize their potential and drive meaningful, long-term transformation.

Beyond academic excellence, the program emphasizes the development of critical aptitude skills essential for success in competitive exams.
