To strengthen foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) outcomes in MCD schools by building a robust cadre of academic mentor teachers (~150) who can effectively coach and support primary grade teachers.The project aims to enhance teacher competencies through academic mentoring and capacity-building, thereby enabling competency-based classroom instruction and improving FLN learning outcomes among students
